I usually don't answer emails when it's about exams, but your question is very important. They want you to be able to communicate with your patients. They want you to be able to talk with ME. You already say that you don't have confident English - you must improve this. If you can't talk with me and have me (as a sick person seeing a doctor) understand you, then how can you help me? Or my father or mother?

Thank you for your answers. Euphoric, I did the test at Houston. bbb, I meant after I got the test result I didn't have any confident in English left...but now I try to improve this thing like your recommendation.

keep going on , nothing should stop u . if you are in the usa now try talking more with people it will help u to reach to the american accent , try to wathc more english movies , listen more to english songa , when i went to america and i was 10 years old i knew french but not english , i bought a dictionary and talked to people very muh , but the best thing to do when life turns bad is just keep your head up and you will reach to your goal...keep a dream in your pocket and faith in your heart ! good luck
