what is this disease?which are its manifestations?

I know that it's a genetic disease: peripheral neuropathie :arrow: muscle weakness; foot drop..... :!:

I remember reading that it involves the peroneal muscles and that makes the leg from back look like an inverted bottle as peroneal muscles r atrophied

well it is most common inherited perpheral neuropathy, as u said distal muscules affected worst, ofter peroneal nerve, hence u get pes cavus, foot drop, stork legs, all due to atrophy. Enlarged nerves can be palpated ComPero, GrtAuric, Ulnr.
