Hi, I would like to ask if you can help me what could cause this red patch? What can it be, some disease or symptom of some disease. It appears suddenly on face. Has it any connection with liver, what is supposed to do?
Here is picture

it's not typical localization of erysipelas

  #4

this efflorescence looks like erythematous macula but I can't say for sure, it could be anything, it would be good to know if it disapears on vitropression or not

After pushing on the skin it doesn´t dissapear, it is still there.

When i force pushed near that on the face it appears also there and also is stil there.

Nobody knows? Any ideas what it could be? RX 135 it is not erysipelas(there is no pain caused by that patch, no fatique, no temperetare).

If it doesn't disapear on pressure, it could be bleeding/purpura (contrary to vasodilatation where macule disappears on pressure).

I don't know if I have understood well, you've said that it appears on the other places as well on mechanical pressure, it is called Koebner's phenomenon and I know it can be present in several dermatological diseases.

Rado135, I really can't say anything further, I don't recognize this as something typical. Other opinions?

Yes Mildus you understand, I know that is not typical, that is the reason I have no idea what it can be. If you make presure on, there is no blood there. It appears suddenly(maybe some reaction on food, some bacteria). I have no idea.

I have seen these kind of patches before. They come and go. usually I have found these patients allergic to chicken and eggs. (my observation) these type of patches also appear on legs. There is no other feature like pruritis or any pain in such patches.
is that correct rado?

its some kind of allergic seomthing... smiling face whats the question about? any options?
