there was a question in the usmle sample cd...which said a man developed penile shallow PAINLESS flesh coloured ulcers without lymphadenopathy and they had asked for the treatment...the answer given was cryotherapy!!! any ideas on wht this type of ulcer is..?

oh and the ulcers were 3 in number and 10mm in diameter... and they turned white with acetic acid...what does this mean??
