Ask him "what is this on your nails?" If he makes a frown, flexes his fingers and brings them closer to his face, he's a male. If he looks startled, extends his arm, places his hand up and extends his fingers to check, he's gay!

and all of you are right, ANSWER IS A: Chest Radiography
This patient has finger-clubbing and hypertrophic pulmonary osteoarthropathy that can be associated with bronchogenic carcinoma (other than squamous cell carcinoma), benign mesothelioma, and diaphragmatic neurilemmoma. X-ray of the bones generally shows formation of new periosteal bone, arthritis may be present. The etiology of these changes remains a mystery.
