I am getting my residency contract in a few days and my program sponsors J1 visa. I have few queries about it.
Is there a chance that the program who sponsors J1 only can be asked to H1? Any experiece with that?
I will sign and return my contract in 2-3 days. Then Program Director will sign it. How does the process go after that for J1 application to ECFMG? How much time does it take usually?
What documents will i need to submit to ECFMG to get DSbesides Letter of Need?
I will appreciate the input.
p.s. i have read ECFMG section about J1 visa
