I had my Step 1 exam yesterday. I am really confused ..not sure what's right and what's wrong!! Did anybody else feel that way? Questions were familiar ..only 2 or 3 were absolutely new. Had atleast 6 questions on SCID! Few gross anatomy, sections of brain and MRI and CT head and abdomen. Only 1 embyology question, behavioural science questions were easy, genetics was tough though there were a few easy ones too. Biochem cycles were important, ANS pharmacology and cardiovascular physiology made around 20 questions , rest were patho and physio....Now I'm going to take a break until the score report is ready!

Me too, just finish the test yeasterday and be very confused. the feeling is same as you after test.
