I was planing to take the CS this year, but because familiar situation I would not be able to take it so I would like to know if I cancel my exam they will be able to refund the money to my credit card or if there is another way to do it.....

hi
unless your situation is such as it will definitely be impossible for you to take cs this year, don't cancel. you need no more than 10 days of active intensive study for the exam 3 days for the trip and youll be happy to get it out of your way. it needs the least amount of prep time, though a little longer for the trip.
i would strongly suggest that
but if you really cannot, then as far as i know, you will get your refund on your credit card. i think it is best for you to either call ecfmg or e-mail them and they will tell you what to do; they take up to a week for a response, but they do reply to e-mails.
