center -houston. overall impression .-exam doable.
what i did right- knocking, intro n calling sp by name, draping ,wahing hand, wiping stetho. asked to all female sp about LMP, pap test.,closing of case.,opthalmosecop in d.m sp in dim light.
what i missed- mmse in pt with confusion, diabetic counseling ito a dm sp.
worried for the above mistake and my sp note was not clean due to small space, also overwritting on D/D.
my prep time 14 days it is unique coz i didnt have study partner. Time was not a problem in the exam i could finish all 12 cases on time.
Any comment for my mistake and bad handwritting on pt note.??

I think you will be fine. Please don't scare urself by over-thinking about the mistakes...

hi kudo thanks and hoping for the best. i read in different forum saying failed due to bad hand writting.
i,v surrendered to God. not thinking much.happy to know we dont have to write candidate id on the pt note.
