Hi!

does anyone know what guaiac is? i was going through some obg qns, and the qns described a guaiac negative nipple discharge.

Means that it doesn't have blood. It is the same test we use to evaluate fecal occult blood.

If the cyst is guaiac + next step------------->excisional biopsy
