a 56 yo M with a PMH of diabetes and HTN presents to the ophthamology clinic with a history of a blind spot in his R eye. He reports that it is painless, occured suddenly, and is only in his R eye. On exam, he has visual fiel loss in the R superior hemifield. Exam of the retina shows peripheral hemorrhages and disc congestion. What is the most likely diagnosis? A Acute opthalmic artery occlusion B Branch retinal vein occlusion C Central retinal vein occlusion D Diabetic retinopathy E Hypertensive retinopathy
