just finished taking step 1............went in well prepared. had around 76% on usmleworld and had in the low to mid 40's on the nbme forms.
but as i came out of the exam, i could start counting all the dumb mistakes i made. is this how everyone else felt after their exams were over...and were you guys/gals pleasantly surprised with your grades?
