B acute dystonia! other options for this : benztropine, trihexphinedyl (check spelling) orphanadine. basically anticholinergics

Answer is clearly C - Haloperidol causes acute dytonia, especially ifisrt dosen elderly or with rapid dose escalation in others

B - is not the answer, its used for treatment of side effects caused by anti-psychotics
