17 yrs girl presents with tender cervical lymphnode enlargement .No significant past history except that she updated her vaccines .On biopsy lymphnode shows multinucleated giant cells with eosinophilic cytoplasmic and nuclear inclusion bodies .Which vaccine is responsible for her lymphadenitis ?

its measles vaccine...WF cells (warthin finkeldey giant cells) pathognomonic of measles . :idea: only measles vaccine can cuase develop. of giant cells(WF cells= are fused lymphocytes ) in postvaccine lymphadenitis .

can it be chickenpox vaccine? .......herpesvirus too causes intranuclear inclusion bodies - Type A Cowdry bodies

nope post chicken pox vaccination will not produce it.. Measles is the only one showing giant cell (WF) containing postvaccination lymphadenitis.
