cutting short Q
25 yrs female, breast mass 2 cm in upper outer Quadrant on left side.
no family h/o Ca breast,
noticed yesterday while bathing, freely mobile
sexually active since 3 yrs....uses barrier contraceptives.
LMP.....3 weeks back
cycle regular of 26 days.
next best step,
-mammogram
-FNAC
-reassure with no follow up
-follow up after menstrual cycle
-surgical excision

seems everyones done with their UW surgery,
i dont know, what to do in such situations......girl comes with freely mobile breast mass less than 2 cms in diameter.
with no family h/o breast Ca, no lymphadenopathy and no fixation.
she is 25 yrs of age.....
what u do then.....
call all these women after their menstrual cycle??
seems difficult to accept...
