Genearl MS pain, tough to separate from joint pain, can be assoc with Vasculitis, (ANA +) not quite Polymyocitis but still painful. In descreate points on the body where pain is worst biopsy may show lymph infiltrate, suggesting inflam mechanism of the syndrome
Treat with streroids, though effictiveness not proven.
Thats all I know, sorry.

U right, no inflamation, i did not remember it correctly, it has association with Tempor Arter thats where biopsy will show inflam. But Harrison still suggested to treat with NSAIDS, unless GCA present, then prednisone. etc. Where dod u get the treatment?
