Is that some kind of Contact dermatitis? I don't like Dermatology.

Lichenification- feature of chronic eczema, (acute eczema has erythema, oedema, vesicles, while chronic eczema has lichenification)

This patient has graft versus host disease, wich may be prevented in the following ways:

1.-Marrow T cell depletion by irradiating blood products transfused.

2.-Antibody prophylaxix with IV immunoglobulines(IVIG) or CSP/FK 506, combined with short course of methotrexate.

Not typical but possible for image question of USMLE. Look like type IV immunologic reaction. It sounds logically as graft versus host disease.
