Again cutting short. 38 yr old white female comes to physician for masses in left breast since 2 weeks. masses increase in size during menses, mammography normal, no lymph node palpated, FNAC revealed no solid mass, rather cystic mass contaning greenish coloured fluid aspirated, same type of masses found in other breast too. what will be next best step. -send fluid for culture and antibiotic sensitivity. -do sonography to find other such lesions -send fluid for histopathology with biopsy of sorrounding tissue to ruleout cancer -give 2 weeks broad spectrum antibiotic coverage -reassure and call her for repeat examination after 6 weeks.

I learnt the lession here too picked histopathology but right answer is reassure and follow up since the fluid is not bloody and disappear after aspiration.
