I faced a question the answer to which was chronic fatigue syndrom.I also remember i had two questions in the usmle step 2 ck in which this syndrom was among the answers!!!
Can anyone give some key facts about it, please?

Chronic fatigue syndrome resembles fibromyalgia. Patients mostly complain of extreme fatigue and not bodyaches. No trigger points can be demonstrated. Symptoms should be present at least 6 months to make diagnosis of chronic fatigue syndrome.
