I am finding it more difficult to stay focused and study for step3 than for the previous exams. I have decided to do a subject-wise review and try to limit the number of days I spend on each subject.
I shall start with ob/gyn. I am planning on giving it two-three days tops. Will then continue with pediatrics- 3 days, surgery- 2 days, phychiatry- 2 days, and will spend extra time on IM (by chapter) and ethics.
If anyone is interested, please do contact me. I need to get into a certain pace, and I believe a complete review marathon will help a lot, since we already have most of the knowledge.

I totally agree with you about how to focus on this exam. I am doing the same thing but I started with IM first. My pace would be lower than yours because I think you did 1st round already, as I read your posts here and there.
I already set a date for the exam and am trying to stick to it. When you do IM, I think I can get the same pace as yours.

Thank you Yuna. I have scheduled my test as well. I haven't really done any reading yet, I have started with questions (usmleworld, nbme and the cd, done so far), but I hope it'll go smoothly, especially since I took CK some months back. However, I might join you for IM. Good luck to you

It's so nice to have your joining, AlexaE ! I am doing UW in tutor mode, subject wised, IM which was the same way as I did for CK and step 1. I will do Kap Qbank in timed mode and NBME as evaluation tool.
After my first round of IM, I will try UW CCS and USMLE CD to know more about the software.

apparently, i have to take an extra day to finish ob/gyn - but i have the feeling I'll absolutely master it...  .
