Hi, BBB
I went to a program for second look. The PC asked me to come back to her office at noon to fill in some documents for the observation.
At noon, PC wasn't in her office. Another staff gave me the documents ( a lot of pages to fill, all legal statements). I signed the pages requiring my signature and skipped some pages. I returned the documents to PC in the middle of shadowing a resident. I asked her if I need to fill all pages. She said " you are supposed to ..., but the most important page is.....". So, I filled in the most important page and left.
Later on, I suddenly realized that I should fill in all of the pages as she said. I went to her office . She was apparently not happy when she saw me. I immediately said that I will fill in all of pages and make sure everything was fine after I finished shadowing the resident. She smiled again.....

I carefully filled in all pages and also sent her an email to thank her as well as apologize for not completing the document first time.

However, she did not respond to my email. I felt very bad now. I think I may ruin my chances by making such a foolish mistake.

BBB, as a PC, do you think how serious my mistake is ? Do you think the PC has a very bad impression on me ?

BBB, what do you think ！
should I call the PC to check with her if the document is OK ?
Now I think I may need to rethink my ranking list.

Why wouldn't you call her if you think you might?

Thank you bbb. I called her yesterday. She said everything is fine. Anyway, at least I feel better now and know that I complete the document she need.
