Dysgerminoma at 3rd decade

Another difference is Seminoma is the most common in testicular tumor, Dysgerminoma is rare ovary tumor

that's right ...

similarity ? both of them are composed of sheets of uniform polyhedral cells with intervening fibrous septa of C.T ,lymphocytes and multinucleated giant cells
