No one can tell before u really go into that.
However, several things need to be reminded though(and I m sure u've already known that):
1. U may need to speak fluent Spanish due to the population covered.
2. Harder to find fellowship positions as it's built to serve local primary care's increasing needs.
3. Limited main hospital rotation.
