Neuroanatomy is just killing me. I stopped reading it yesterday and I will just come back to it later. I'm going to start my 3rd read now but I just hate neuroanatomy. Can anybody tell me what are the really important points from neuro? I just find the subject so nitpicky and full of details that it drives me nuts. I'll take any suggestions. Thanks.

Well i did Neuro from HY and the most points to be considered are the Tracts, Cranial nerves, CSF spaces, vascular lesions in the brain and its effects, Speech and vision issues you will almost see a question from each of these topics. You have to know them cold Try HY maybe it might help you.

Dude, some subjects you have to keep reviewing until you get good grisp of them. Neuro can be fun, and you have to make it one of your favorite if you want to know it. Try and watch the Kaplan neuro for now. I hear people talk about HY Neuro, but the truth is, there's no point reading high yield Neuro if you haven't gotten a good hold of Kaplan neuro. I read both, and I know that HY has lots of summaries that you wil only be memorizing unless you have a good background in Neuro. All the best.
