Guys,please tell me if i registered for Match,but get failed result on Step 2 CS,can i participate in scramble?I hope to get my result in February.Thanks for any answers,this issue is really very important for me!

No, you cannot participate if you get a failed result in February, because you should be eligible for ECFMG certification (meaning you passed step 1, step 2 CK, and CS) by the NRMP deadline on February 27 to be eligible for match or post match...

yes you have to pass all exams by a specific date to be able to participate in match
