hi bbb... need your expertise on this....if an applicant withdraws from the match...will all the PCs/PDs who ranked that applicant find out right away? and thus remove him/her from their list...a friend of mine withdrew because she got pregnant...but after three days she decided to go through with the match and reinstated herself into the match...is this possible?

If you withdraw from the match, we don't find out until a match list is submitted. Yes, it's possible to withdraw and reinstate as long as the deadline hasn't passed.
