Hi everybody. need some guidance plz... im a 2004 img with step1 of 86 and step2ck (2nd attempt) 85. Cs (2nd attempt). i have an observership from a university hospital for two months(bu the university doesnt have a residency training at this hospital) in sometime AND a couple of private practicing doctors who are willing to let me work with them(voluntarily i suppose). now i read somewhere tht working with private praciting docs is better then even doing externship. cuz in that way we can get better LORs. so wht shud i do. work with the doc for a month then go for the observership or stay with the doc for the full five months ( i have visa limitation).
plz help as i plan to try for the match with my very average CV as mentioned. thanks
