Q:An 18 year old girl feels her leg getting warm.on examining it the leg is seen to be hot and red.what is responsible for this condition? A)cutaneous somatic afferents B)presympathetic afferents C)sympathetic afferents D)autonomic ganglia i dont know the correct answer.so i'll be glad if u people could help me out.thanx.

Think it's D. (autonomic ganglia). definitely a sympathetic problem. Hot skin is regulated by sympathetic efferents not afferents which is why I didn't choose B or C. It can't be A because like I said this is a sympathetic problem (ANS), not a somatic problem. Hence I'm left with D.
