About managing a patient. If a patient comes to the ER and is unstable, do you start with the physical exam first or do the basics such as IV, O2, monitors, etc. The steps123.com site usually has you place the IV, O2, and moniors first then proceed with the physical exam while usmleworld has you do the physical exam first.

I am sure you first have to stabilize the Pt... If you don't do that, the Pt may need the physical exam to be done by pathologist

ABCs first if patient is unstable. You can do both at the same time, stabilize give Oxigen, etc and physical exam at the same time
