Hello friends,
Iam preparing for 2010 residency,and am interested in Neuro research.... i found many combined Md/Phd programs but they are not for IMGs. Isnt there a single university that offers Neuroscience combined graduate program for IMGs? Please help.

combined MD/PhD program means that you start in medical school from year 1, graduate @year 4 with MD degree and proceed directly to PhD part (not to clinical residency).
if you graduated from medical school, it might not be a solution for you.
but there are still PhD programs throughout the country that offer variety of research opportunities; again, it might be more competitive than you (or me) think, and take longer time (2 years left until 2010 Match, and you are not enrolled in the program, which itself usually takes 3 years) and there are exams to take in order to qualify for the program....but i guess everything is doable....
