I am very relieved to find out that I passed step 3 with a score 80/195. Well, For me it was an absolute horror. I was pretty sure that even if I pass it will be with a low score. So I am very happy that I passed and over with it. My preparation wasn't fast as many other people. But my pregnancy interfered too and then delivering my girl , it was so difficult ...My family helped me a lot though I am so greatful to them!! What I did Q book, Q bank, UW, Fisher IM, Premier review and step 2 notes For CCS ...everything...I know my luck and I felt I would have something that is not in UW and sure there was heat stroke , cholangitis, intraepithelial cervic neoplasia , peripheral vascular disease .I understand that for people who already practiced it is easier but I haven't started my residency yet ..besides I knew I was going to be very tired after first day and won't have energy to think .Even with getting some cases that I already saw I still managed to be suboptimal on first 2 cases just because I was literally about to vomit by the time I started them , I couldn't even see my screen. And that is because of my mistake to take it 2 days in a row!! I listened to some people who stated that anxiety might interfere but what about being so tired that you can't even read well( I had sleep problems before day 2 , may be 2 hours)..So guys take 1 day off between, not more just one day.. Don't take too long after step 2. It helps!!I had to reread step 2 notes several times because I forgot many things. Scores..UW 59% NBME 410. Very close to what I was predicted and even 1 month of studying didn't have any influence . What i did wrong.. One must read UW at least 2 times , make very very thorough notes.I mean it!! I did UW at 8-9 months of pregnancy and that was my biggest mistake ( just spent may be 2 weeks with it ) and that was not enough!! Just before test I realized that I don't remember it, it scared me and I started to revise it but ran out of time and didn't do all and as good as I was supposed too. As about premier review I really don't know if it helped me or just the opposite. Well, there are good points in the course but may be I wasn't lucky and didn't get any questions from it .I would still suggest IM from this course but don't waste your time on other subjects , you might get some good points from it but in a way it can be confusing too Any questions are welcome. Good luck with last bird and remember you can do it!! P.S. One last thing. On exam just before you are finishing your last word in your last case just say it with confidence I passed , may be even with some anger. That is what i did..

Congrats Kalinka. Do you think Premier review is not good enought?I was thinking to take this course very soon, but I am thinking twice now. Where did you take the course and when?how many times did you review your revision from Premier review? And again, Congrats!!

I have a home kit. It was OK. Well when i was reading and listening to it i thought it was great , I made some notes from it to my step 2 notes so I wouldn't have to read several books. Though it did confused me at some points and sometimes I wished they would emphasize what is imortant more. I can't say about exam for sure though. Like e.g. UW I could swear there were some topics from UW , so it helped a lot. But premier review had some points in it that helped me too but not too many. May be I wasn't lucky with it. Everybody says that they had many things from premier review

As time goes by I think premier review is the best resource on the market so far. I found several questions in there , I looked in FA them too but no ..the information was on step 2 level and it wasn't a case on the real exam The only problem with premeir review is that they don't organize all the information in the best manner, they should work on it
