1- it will not affect you.
2- you get mild disease.

2)Who should discuss with the family regarding donation

the neurosurgeon who declared the brain death
,the harvesting team
,or the trauma care team

THE SISTER IS ALIVE AND SHE WANTS TO USE THE BROTHER'S ORGANS .
Who should give the consent?

the sister,or ethics comittee or to get a court order
