i am so thankful to Allah, the Almighty.without His support it wouldnt have been possible.i shall give you guys a quick run through my preparation coz this exam needs some preparing.
took step1 on the 27th of april and then spent a good deal of time procrastinating.it was only when october came that i realized that my eligibility period was scheduled for oct,nov,and dec and that i hadnt prepared a bit.so i sat down on the first of Oct and did my major reading and learning in the holy month of Ramadan to which i attribute a lot of my success.during Ramadan,i gave about 17-18 hours to my books each day and kept learning stuff.resources were,
Kaplan lecture notes
USMLE World
I also took NBME 1 and 2 to assess myself.
NBME 1 520
NBME 2 490
Kaplan QBook
UW 60% cumulative
Kaplan simulated 70%
i didnt do the videos, except conrad fischer's cardio dvds and the endo ones and the psychiatry videos.

thanks everyone.you guys have been extremely supportive throughout.i hope we
all hold on to each other during our step3 days too.
sfk:the only thing to do are the Kaplan lecture notes and the one thing that i wouldnt recommend to anyone are the videos.they eat up your time and they arent really rewarding.hope you have an easy time of it.
