       Thank you guys!! Tis has been really amazing, the excitement ufffff! Passed with 196 that equals to the NBME of 420 (accurate in my case) I used Kaplan notes for Step 2 and 3, review the videos, Qbank, Qbook, UMW and took the NBME 3 weeks prior to the exam day. I hope tis info helps: NBME & USMLE Score Correlation Am I Ready? This is a question asked by anyone soon before it is time to take the test. The best way to find out if you are ready is to take the NBME Self Assessment Exam. The site can be found by clicking here. It costs $45 for each assessment. More information about the assessment exams can be found here. Here is a table representing the score correlation between the NBME Self Assessment and the three digit score you can expect to receive on the real exam. NBME Self Assessment Score Approximate USMLE Three-Digit Score NBME Self Assessment Score Approximate USMLE Three-Digit Score 800 >268 490 215 790 268 480 213 780 267 470 210 770 266 460 207 760 265 450 204 750 263 440 202 740 262 430 199 730 261 420 196 720 259 410 194 710 258 400 191 700 256 390 188 690 255 380 186 680 254 370 184 670 252 200 <134 660 250 650 248 640 247 630 245 620 243 610 241 600 239 590 237 580 235 570 233 560 231 550 229 540 227 530 224 520 222 510 220 500 217 Good luck to everyone!!

congratulations i guess a few of us here are next in the battlefield these correlations are from step2ck. i took the nbme for step3 and could not find score correlations at the bottom of the page when they show you your score. i am not sure how accurate this correlation is since i have been browsing thru the step3 scores in the exam exp section and found that nbme scores and real exam scores vary widely. nonetheless, i do think nbme is predictive enough in terms of pass/fail correlation. all the best for the match

Let me add myself to this celebration!! I passed with 80/195 Was so worried , thought might have failed. UW59% NBME410 So as you can see the correlation was just there. Though I prepared one more month after NBME still the exam was absolutely horrible , guessed in most questions. But now a free bird!! I will post my experience in a seperate topic GOOD LUCk to all of you my friends!!
