hey, if u dont have any partner for cs, then also no problem, atleast some would be there in ur family, ask them to be ur patient, everything is given in first aid what pt has to reply on particular question of doctor......so that will work, there s no need for other medico person, just practice for 15 day, all d cases for twice n get rid of it...
else, u r doing gr8 with ck,,,,,,, so all the best for everything, i guess, i m getting partial rhythm now

You are right hir I should find some bakra!!!!!! Don't have any one but hubby to get hold on and he won't fell for it I totally agree I do need to practice to fit in that drama and also well orient with the timings...let me see how I can work it out.

Hi mydream I am done IM except neuo and still not done with Surgery Still doing Pedia.Done with OBGYN and Psychiatry. Questions started but not peaked!!!! Well I hope I can manage. What do you think, where do I stand, dear?

vignettes are lot more interesting to do.....i ws nt being able to do much wen i ws reading the first few chapters !! though cudnt do as much as i had planned..bt trying !!

Yes MD I am doing vignettes. I thought I would be able to go through it fast. It doesn't seem hard but the rhythum is just not right. I am just feeling down...can't concentrate well..have to come out of my blues.
Nany u r right shall give 2 more days before I say I am done!!! Oh Feyza tks. Sr mydream is nice enough to not make fuss out of it. Sorry if it created confusion but it did earn me few friends
Shall try to bring an end to surgery.
Weekend is going to be slow as usual.

CK: Target 100 Questions and start with First Aid
CS: 2 cases a day....
Mnemonic for Day
Treatment of Ac pulmonary Oedema LMNOP
L Lasix....one or two times the usual dose 40mg iv if pt doesn't take the drug
M Morphine sulphate 2-4 mg IV (subcutaneous dose works in mild case) Morphine increases venous capacity, Lowering Lt atrial pressure and anxiety which reduces the efficiency of ventilation
N Nitroglycerine IV 5-10 ug/min Increase by 5 ug/min q 3 to 5 min Reduces the left ventricular preload. May cause hypotension so careful....
O Oxygen 100% Given to obtain PO2 > 60mm Hg
P Position pt sitting up with legs danggling over the side of the bed.This facilitates respiration and reduces the venous return.

Yesterday didn't do much...target was to do 100 and did end up doing just 60 Qs!!Had some problem with internet Wasted my time trying to fix it rather than utilizing it in studying Was obsessed getting back to Qs But unfortunately only after wasting my time I realized it was a waste!! Well putting that all behind me..for today
