Why does FA order CBC in patients presenting with what seems periphral vertigo like menierres disease or labyrinthits or vestibular neuronitis???
In what way will this help us rule in or rule out any of the differential diagnosis?

I have no idea but i assume its bc of the "itis". If it were part of normal aging we shoulding see any change in cbc w/ diff
