When testing distant and recent memories, do we have to varify them by bringing this up inn the PN?

most of cases in CS -memory is intact..
if patient with alzheimers we can mention -> memory impaired
immediate memory - repeat the 3 things (doctor just named them)
recent memory-- wht u have had in ur dinner last night.
distant memory--when did u get married>>.??

Never ask the question f u r not sure about the answer!!!
ex. u don't know what he had for dinner last night; u don't know when the patient got married...
can ask:
for recent memory - What was the weather like yesterday? or When did you come to the hospital?
for distant memory - When was the terrorist attack on the WTC in NYC?
