1. Will we be evaluated on ordering "Stat or Routine " test? For example, if a very stable patient comes with beeding per rectum. we order PT/INR....Is this test should be stat or routine or it doesn't matter? 2. If we are done with all our orders and patient is improving and after all this, we don''t know what else to do....Given that scenario, how to reevaluate the patient? Whenever I click reevaluate in the CCS USMLE CD , it says "Ur case is ended"... Than x

May sound stupid, but this means that you do not need to re-evaluate... Case is over... Relax yourself and let the Pt do the same...

If the patient is bleeding, I would order PT/INR stat, because the patient may become unstable and you are going to need the results ASAP. I would order routine blood coagulation studies for pre-op, for example.
