If you can? go.. you should confirm it yourself ... then you will be sure about your interest of going to that program for residency.... as far as I know it is one of the best african american universities, but I have not heard it has a "strong" (whatever that means) IM program... I believe a couple of residencies closed, it's a manily IMG friendly program that has it's own fellowships.
If you have "enough" (I don't know what's enough...probably above 8-10? programs that go with a good number of positions to the match...or you have a strong feeling that you will match somewhere) interviews and don't want to spend money on a trip you would not consider, I would probably not go, and try to cancel it soon...
