Dear Bro and Gulls,
Sorry for not being in touch with the forum for a long time. But none the less everything was already there in the forum I would have repeated which already said.
I made my mind and accepted their offer.I dont know how good is the hospital. But I liked it on my interview day.I think the reason was ,there were many medical students rotating there.
To be honest with you guys when I went there for an interview I had so many negative views about this hospital so was not really interested to start with.BUT some how I liked PD,I dont know ,there was something about him and the fact I went there with such a negative views I had no tension during the interview. It was the reason my interview went really well as compared to other interviews.I asked some really challenging questions to PD and he appreciated me asking these questions.Infact he showed his picture playing cricket when he read my hobby of playing cricket. He even called his 2 year resident to answer some of my questions during the interview .I was really impressed with his friendly relationship with students and residents.I found him eager to teach and do board questions.I think he understood IMGs and he gave a really good personal example .Would you believe when on the interview day when I went to PC office to announce my arrival he was sitting in the lobby.I didnt notice him and even didnt look at him.I thought he was a resident. But when PC asked me to sit down in the gallery he came to me and said ,Hey I am Dr Norman Dy your PD,Your are going to know me soon, you can imagine how high my heart rate would have gone.I was such a mooooraaan!!!I said to my self man you are BUSTED.With nothing to loose ,and anything which I have already lost I went for the IV with no anxiety since after this encounter I said to myself Man you are out.So during the IV for the first time I was myself. He asked many Clinical scenarios and it was fun to answer.infact I wanted to answer more but he stopped. At the end he said A+.After that I knew I have a very great chance to end up here.He even mentioned O visa sponsoring for one of his resident after graduation .

Regarding PC to start with she rescheduled my interview without any problem. On the interview day she was okay and now after the prematch offer she replied to my queries in a very professional and thorough way.

I spoke to one of the residents after the interview day since I knew they will offer me prematch sooner or later and she said what do you expect from a community program. In every community hospital it all up to you to learn and go for fellow ship.
She was satisfied with her experience there.

Most of the residents were indians, few pakistanis,But Prelim residents Gooray..So kind of a mix of all.

Why can I complain of anything Since the hospitals where I have been trained and graduated are nothing as compared to this hospital. For me every hospital here is gold .So was always ready to accept prematch offer from any hospital. Also association of hospital with ASCENSION HEALTH SYSTEM is great especially jobs after graduation.

I know its all up to me to succeed there and working atmosphere is how I make it.

At last this long and painful journey is over.To be honest I dont had the balls to go to the match since most of my Ivs were from the hospitals who give prematch and only 1 university call. One can imagine the odds.

I am Hopeful and confident I will be happy there.

Planning For A Future Influenza Pandemic http://price-pharma.blogspot.com/ WHAT: In planning for a future influenza pandemic, most experts agree that two things are known for certain - there will be another pandemic someday, and nobody can predict when. In a commentary in the Journal of the American Medical Association, scientists at the National Institutes of Health discuss why predicting the next pandemic is so difficult and outline steps that can be taken to better understand the behavior of the virus.
