It over finally. The center was philly. The cases were good.I was nervous in the first case but did a good intro, drape and councel in all the cases. What I did not do-forgot smoke concel in one case.did not check fundus in one case.forgot some important workup In PN. Sometimes I did not remember what the patient told me.Twice I asked their social habits again. The aftermath-I am dreaming, thinking and imagining the tests all the time now.i keep thinking about all the mistakes I made.I am not at all satisfied with my performance. It was an easy exam.I could have done it perfectly! Why o why did make all those mistakes.I feel horrible. If only....... I AM DREADING the results now. I have learnt a lot from these forums.all of you have been my friend and support.THANKS.For those yet to take-Do FA and UW.Thats more than enough.I practised a lot on the phone in timed mode.and also with my husband.dont neglect the PN.

You will pass! Gave CS last year in october in Philly, felt kind of miserable too. But the exam is basically testing your english proficiency and you interacting with patients (SPs in this particular case) rather than your medical skills/knowledge. You did the most important thing for passing CS: practicing with someone! That makes you appearing confident in the exam, minor glitches (not doing a fundoscopy, not counseling for smoking etc) won't spoil your results.

congratulations, you did it that's the main thing! You should be fine, it's overall picture that's important, everybody misses something from what i hear. Did you have enuf time to finish cases?how difficult they were-like FA or more UW? how are the SPs?

I THINK FA and UW are about the same. The cases were all easy and comparable to FA .I was able to finish all the cases on time.
