I think some are too easy and some are too hard. I do not like the one-liner questions that just test your rote memorization, and I do not like questions like "A vitamin that looks like this one is involved in which process" with a nondescript chemical structure displayed.
Also, I think some of the vignettes are over the top. I had a nine-question vignette yesterday for crying out loud.
All in all, I think the questions are good...and free.
