You see a cyanotic 1-day-old baby boy, born by difficult delivery at 37 weeks' gestation. After administration of 100% oxygen, there is no significant change in the arterial PaO2. Based on this finding, the most likely primary diagnosis is 1) pulmonary disorder. 2) central nervous system damage. 3) congenital heart disease. 4) sepsis. 5) metabolic disorder

3 resp disorder will respond to oxygen sepsis also too early for pneumonia cyanotic heart will not respond to increase in o2

cyanotic heart disease--- transposition of great vessels within 24 hours..and TOF in infants.
