Turn your cell phone off during your interview day. Even if it's another program calling you, a couple of hours isn't going to matter. Don't text page persons, even if you are waiting for your next interview. It really makes you look bored by the whole process. Even if you are bored, don't text page or play games on your phone. Don't make calls during any part of the day during your interview.

Hey bbb I totally understand you now!!! I thought you were kiddin' about the cell phone during IV but I actually saw it during my IV today!! I couldn't believe it!! They actually brought a cell phone in and they left it ringing and even made and received calls!! I saw an applicant talking and making jokes at the middle of our IV process with her cell phone, and I wondered: don't they teach people some respect? am I from another planet by thinking that it is way way WAY over the line? By the way, if you ever interview with a friend don't go around talking, giggling and making jokes in your own language all day long!! That is totally disrespectful, I saw this happening today, a couple of applicants talked and giggled even when one of the residents was being kind enough to answer our questions, even he noticed it and asked them if they had any questions... the sad part is they seem to didn't understand or care for the reprimend....and kept on going... I hated those two!! they were like dumb and dumber!!! They made the most terrible out of line questions you could ever think off.... what were they thinking?.... oh well thank God that kind of applicants are very few but it makes me sad because they give IMG's a bad name... not all of us are like that!!

Finally, an applicant who saw the same things that I've seen over the years. I feel better!!
