hi drs, i need advice from you,i took few attempts for step2 i did not pass my score is 74%,iam loosing hope, with so many attempts ,wii ill be getting residency,can i get into any medical related jobs or any course which is related to medical feild,iam really worried what to decide,what about ultrasound course,but the fees is very high about $17000,please suggest me its worth spending this money, if any one has done this course please give some suggestion ,or its helpful in the future,kindly please advice with some solution.

hi i dont know the whole picture but let me start with you failed usmle and you are ready to give up all what you have and ready to do ultrasound even though in medical field not the same as what you were doing.Did you figure out what are your weak points when you are taking your step ?Have you tried to analize where your problem is ?Is it the study tactic,materials you choose tu study or what?
my advice is you can see from the forum many expriances like you ,i my self failed step 1 in my first attempt and passed in my second,There were times i felt like you but when i red experiances from this forum it helped me much and here i am preparing for the next step.
so what i wanted to tell you is you are not the first and the last there are many people like you who didn't give up and wone the battle and there are still brave ones fighting,If you dont have pressing economical problem analize your weak areas and be ready to work on them .It is personal opeanion you can take it or drope it.
