what does it mean? i got an email from the program that indicates that the
decision of the Housestaff Selection Committee we will rank you on our
match list , we dnt offer prematch.
. it means that if i rank this program , i defiantly get residency in this program. .......i need ur advise ...

it is sure a positive responce but not sure that they will rank you high. but if you rank them and they are saying right you will definately match. if its your 1st rank order program you can keep it as it is nothing to loose here.

If they say you are ranked to match or if they will rank you to match, then it means you will match if you rank them at number 1 also. However, if they say you are ranked on their match list, it just meant you are ranked.

dstar, you rank the programs according to the order you like them, it won't affect your chances.
