HI bbb and every one!
I am going to start my j1 processing. so couple of questions
1. Is it possible to get two DSO219 bcz I am on F1 and wish to change the status from here , but since current processing of form I 539 is 6 months its probable I wont get that in time. So I wish to travel to Canada to get J 1 stamped for that I need two DSO219.
2 would there be more chances of rejection from home country or Canada, as most ppl consider Canada safe option.

You can not get two DS 2019 forms from same institution for the same position.. it is always the best to apply for J1 in your home country except you have convincing argument of being in Canada at that time.. e.g. attending a conference,
