1/a 6 year old comes with c/o pain in the anterior thigh and also tell of progressive limping that was painless before but has now become painful pain is relived by rest and he denies any recent trauma what would be the radiological appearance in the early stages ?

a.narrow articular space with necrosis
b.flattened femoral head
c.spherical femoral head
d.wide articular space with necrosis

2/what is the treatment option of this disease

a.the goal of therapy is immobilization
b.open readuction and fixation

3/a 3 year old is brought by her mother with c/o limping mother tells she remembers her maternal cousin when he was young also had the same problem and on examination the child has normal development milestones and she has difficulty tuning her head on the left side ,barlows ,ortolanis and galeazzi signa re poitive .whichis the best diagnostict method of choice in this babay?

sorry, could you please clarify what do you mean

enneking's stage is a tumor staging

while avascular necrosis is a different diagnosis

Enneking's staging of osteonecrosis, this can be applied to avascular necrosis:
