Hi , salam every one,
Thank you ocano, Chip, OMD, sigh and melu...your presence means a LOT to me...you have no idea 
So, I am back to business...alhumdolillah!
My first day of recovery

50 qs
1 physio lec
When one is worried about what may happen in the future, the following prayer of Prophet pbuh is very beneficial.
“Allaahumma aslih li deeni alladhi huwa ‘ismat amri wa aslih li dunyaaya allati fihaa ma’aashi wa aslih li aakhirati allati fihaa ma’aadi w’aj’al al-hayaata ziyaadatan li fi kulli khayri w’aj’al al-mawta raahatan li min kulli sharr
Means;
"O Allaah, make me adhere properly to my religion, on which all my affairs depend; make this world good for me in which is my livelihood; make my Hereafter good for me, in which is my ultimate destiny; make my life increase in every good thing and make my death a respite from every evil).
This du’aa’ is very effective in preventing distress before it happens.

Did 12 qs...
(I havent achieved the target, but I am glad that I started )
Todays Plan
I have to do qs AMAP( yup I learned my lesson from yesterday)
At least one lect
Have to update here very frequently, may be hourly or half hourly...so that i can stick to the book!

HEy set a goal evryday dont worry about reaching it but be consistent at some point u will catch up for sure.
