salam dr.Samia... i have been away from the forum but i came and checked your previous posts, i am so sorry about your bunny  its such a hard feeling... try to remember the happy times with it and you did your best to save her but it was time to say goodbye... dont be sad she is gone be happy that you once had such a cute pet..... i wish u good luck in finding another bunny for junior

My report!
~I have done nothing, no study,m still on vitamins.
~My daughter is fine, thank you all so much! She has a new bunny, Sonu...very hyper-active kind!
~I am starting today, I dont know it feels like from beginning, I was very down...but, nothing was in my hand!(I know its a lousy excuse)
~ I m wiping my tears...so lets see...how much I will study today.
~ Will report you hourly...(I cant stay focused without this forum...yeah I admit)

Saima, its ok take time to get your sorrow out but come back asap, as there is a lot of thinking to do for this prep and God! believe me, lots of lone time is needed for this prep. If you are still planning to take the exam in Oct than you better start feeling like you are going to take it next month!.
Vitamins is the "most important chapter".If you do it with the Mol. Biology correlation it can also be graded as the toughest!!!! So take your time and make big flash cards for each Vitamin so that you can also enter the correlations whenever you come across.
Saima if this is your second read why don't you do some uw qs .
Sorry for dumping this advises on you.As I am getting into deeper prep, I am realising it is still not enough.So just wanted to share it with you my friend.
Good luck , got to start day's prep.

Good going Saima.I totally can imagine and understand your situation.IYou must be feeling that I am being too harsh on you.But recently I have realised that prep for USMLE is really very draining path.We all know it is supposed to be the toughest but then i feel this road we have choosen so much absorbing we have no room to even for our emotions.
You must be wondering, if I have gone totally nuts .You can believe so dear.
You will understand it one day too.Until then remember if you have to reach there soon, you need to keep going each day even if it very little you can cover!

Yes Melu said it, we have to keep doing something EVERYDAY, it might seem nothing to you now but one day it will be to ur use...every little fact u learn is something
Keep going dear,,, focus on high yields,,, don't lose time and energy on low yields,,,,,, you will get there

Hi saim we need to be focused actually once we learn to focus then there will be no wastage of time anymore remember our school & intermediate yrs when we were so selfish for our goals no matter what happened never compromised on our studies we need to bring that soul back for sometime atleast to achieve our goals other then husband & kids sometimes parents we need to be selfish for the rest of the world even phone calls from sisters. other wise we will be hanging here on this forum for next five yrs with more depression.
just keep eye on each other & be reallistic.

Hi!!Saima, we r mom,s wives and women with responsibility!!!!!!!!!!!! there is never ever gonna be a time when we will not get a break from studying, but then we have to go on.
even though it feels like u have forgotten everything, and r starting from scratch dont ever make the mistake of doing that. What i mean is dont start all over again just start from where u left off and take it from there, trust me when the time comes u will remember. i've been in the same situiation any number of times saima and that is what i learnt.
Never regret the time u take to relax or spend with u r family, or even time for u r self. U need it and u deserve it. But yeah i agree dont waste time on fazool stuff. stay focused. Always start where u left off and take it from there.
dont try to mugg any stuff but read it any number of times with understanding. the more number of times u read the more points u will pick up. And like Melu said try to do UW q's am sure that will help.
Khanz advice is also very valuable. I catually told my family not to visit me. not to call me and that i would call them when i had the time. stopped going out for movies with kids or picinis or dinners or anything except maybe once a month. hubby and i were like total strangers during that time no time for FAzool batein!!!Kidding but no going out or anything at all. And now that the exam is done i'm totally doing everything that i had sacrificed and am enjoying it!! having a wonderful summer with kids and hubby. its all worth it in the long run Saima. It is a sacrifice that we have to make. its not easy i know but it has to be done. u cant do it all at one go but start small. for eg cut down phone calls tell whoever calls u , u will call them back. when u r studying. Keep u r study time urs only!! no interuptions, no kids no comp no distractions at least 4 hrs to begin with . try it annd take it from there. Dont mean to offend u with anything Saima just a few suggestions from my experience.
Dont worry girl u will get there.!!! just keep doing u r best and we r all praying for each other. God will surely answer our prayers. We just have to do our best. and always stay positive. Really helps.

IMO don't wait for kids school to start (August end inshallah Ramadhan will keep you busy ).
